I was just down in the valley yesterday doing some Coyote hunting and I saw a ton of white winged. It made me doing some thinking about what recipe I wanted to try this year.

What do you all like and what is your Recipe if your willing to share. 8) ;D

I always make little dove bites. To make it you take a piece of meat put a slice of onion on one side and a slice of jalepaneo on the other side. Then wrap the whole thing in a half of piece of bacon. You can hold it all together with a tooth pick and if you have one of those bbq basket things it makes it really easy to cook a bunch at one time. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. I can't wait!!!

I do it the same way, with some Montreal steak seasoning sprinkled on them.
