Cal & I didn't get into the water till 9:00 am, but from the time we did, till we left at 4:30 pm. It was a non stop bite......1st it was mostly spotties with a few sandies and calicos mixed in......Then we moved to our old secret spot and it was probably the best halibut bite I've ever had......Only 2 legals, but I'm sure we boated over 70......Unbelievable!

Oh, then I hooked into 2 bat rays back to back on 12lb and a swimbait......Talk about "BENDO!.....Thought I was fighting 100 lb tuna....... :D.......Cal couldn't lift the 2nd one into the boat....... :-\
