Anyone getting affected by the fairview fire? We are on the west edge of the mandatory evacuation. Sounds like high winds may drive this west tonight.

I took these photos last night on the east end of diamond valley

We can smell the fires in north OC. Hope tonight's rain does the job.

If they get down pours on that side of the mountain like we did the rain will kick it's butt.

We were also just to the west of the mandatory evacuation zone yesterday. I was really worried it would spread quickly between the lakes last night with those high winds. But this morning it looked good and I was extremely relieved. Rain has been hammering all day so I think we should be in the clear now.
