So could we soon potentially buy 'off the roster' handguns in say, AZ, or would CA DOJ prohibit us from importing them legally?

ummm thats a good question kind of vague. I bet cal DOJ will still not allow it..... However it would be nice since from what ive sean when i visit family in vegas guns are cheaper in other states.

First is the jurisdictional question, where is this judge? Yeah, he's federal but his word would only be completely valid in his jurisdiction. Outside of that is is persuasive. Then, will that jurisdiction's LEO chief appeal?

This isn't a 'one and done' deal.
