Just wondering who anyone uses around the north San Diego area in terms of shipping a gun into California to an FFL. I'd like to avoid it by hand carrying it or something, but it's just not working out. Shipping might just be the easiest way. Anyone have a quickest/easiest place to go?

North county firearms or Gunther guns is who I’ve used in the past. Of course, those guns are LONG gone and not in my possession anymore. Boating accident and all.

I actually believe you can ship a gun to yourself if you are the owner. No FFL required. Same reason why gunsmiths can ship it back without going to ffl.

I would verify that is still true though.
