did an afternoon adventure at lake morena, water is way down, got a few nibbles but no love, great exercise and good time on the water

I’ve got a job in Pine Valley. Weather has been pretty awesome up there.
That's awesome Lee. I like the yak. Are you going to install a fish finder in the future?

as I get more comfortable at yak fishing, I may add a few mods. like out rigger/pontoons work my way to the bay , then La Jolla if this bod can handle it.

Low water conditions always stresses fish...Water is probably pretty warm...Eye ball shoreline to try and find outside structure/points...They really start relating to deeper water.
Ya the water looks way down. We yanked a few out of that cove last summer. It was a scorcher. Just night crawlers on the bottom. 
That's one of those lakes with a bad dam so it won't go any higher...... until they repair it....... which won't happen in my lifetime
I almost stepped on a buzzworm shore fishing in that cove once.. right on Lee glad you got out man. Hit me up if you need rabbit removal from your property
