Fresh Mallard

Looks delicious!! Im trying to look for ways to cook up the last one I just got and one my buddy gave me.

What was the recipe and sides ?
Fresh broccoli and potatoes.

Short marinade in Yoshidas Teriyaki, green onion and calabrian chilis. Small piece of bacon on each chunk and tightly pushed onto a skewer. Cook on both sides just long enough to sear the bacon. Duck comes out rare and tastes like tender beef.
