Getting that big BFT on my own boat in US waters has been a lil tough for me and very frustrating

Fortunately luck has been on my side and I have got my son, son in law and friends on some good ones

I got my cow by myself and had a few boaters close by help me throw him on

Kinda glad the weather is up, have a week or two to do much needed maintenance and then it will be time to find a California Wahoo

Guys, that spinning reel popper reel lasted 2 fish, its retired lol

All of these fish were caught fairly close to San Pedro

The Cow was caught off Newport, 14 mile bank

The pic with Matt and my SIL Troy were caught near Santa Monica Bay, 8 miles from Palos Verdes

The rest were caught near the West End of Catalina

S/E of SBI, miles and miles of 100 plus lb fish
