Got my License and fed duck stamp

I am in for all the Wister draws and so are my boys if we get a good draw I am looking for people that will want to show us the ropes...do the boys (both under 16) need the federal duck stamp like I do?

Ahi the answer is no. They do not need stamps but they will need a Jr. hunting licence. See below information taken directly off of the 2012 waterfowl regulations:

Hunting Licenses
Junior (age 15 and under) ...................................................$11.62

Validations
California Duck ** ..............................................................$19.44
Federal Duck *** ..................................................................15.00
Upland Game Bird ** .............................................................9.21
Harvest Information Program .............................................FREE
**Not required for junior license holders.
***Required for hunters 16 and older. Available from the US Postal
