Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Duck Breasts

Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Duck Breasts

¾ cup merlot
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 tsp. fresh minced thyme
1 tsp. peppercorns
1 tsp. sea salt
1½ cups orange juice
6 skinless duck breasts
12 strips lean bacon
Combine first 7 ingredients for marinade. Place in a zip-lock bag and marinate 30 minutes. Remove ducks from marinade; wrap each with two bacon strips, securing with toothpicks. Preheat grill to medium-high temperature. Place duck breasts on grill and cook for 30 minutes to one hour until tender, turning once.
