Grilled rabbit anyone would eat

I cheated...
Used poultry brine you can find at most stores.

Brine over night
Rinse pieces, pat dry, coat with olive oil, let set 30 minutes
Grill in grill pan
Served with avocado, fresh tomatoes and macaroni salad.

Please excuse the lack of beer in the pic, would have gone great with an unfiltered wheat beer but since my boy was eating it and he is 11 serving beer would have not been good. Next time I'll add it for pic purposes.

In my the words of my boy, it was hopalishess, really though it was excellent, i was very pleased. So good infact my girl who vowed not to eat it, asked for some. Another city kid converted. ;D ;D ;D
