Went out Saturday to an area Ive been meaning to look at. Took the 12ga along in case I happened upon some quail. Was upset to see quite a bit of trash everywhere I went. Glass and plastic from people using different areas as a shooting range. Even came upon a bedliner and even a whole bumper from a pickup truck!! While going off the main road/trail I walked up on a nice big doe who just stared at me for about a minute or so and let me take some pictures and video of her with my phone. Finally came across some big fields and saw some quail but they kept flying off whenever Id get just about within range. All in all a good day to be outside and had a great time exploring an area Ive never been to before.
