The inlaws came to visit us in Idaho from SD last week and we did an early Thanksgiving. Smoked up a turkey spatchcock (parden my language) style. Came out great and super juicy. The wife is making pot pies with the leftovers tomorrow. Going to cook them in the smoker as well. Got a nice thermal cover for the smoker to use in this cold weather.
