Hey everyone, just found this site a couple of days ago. Been hunting a few times, dove a couple of times and deer once. Although I'm pretty sure I was just along to help pack it out if the guy I went with was able to get a deer.
I'm in my mid forties and didn't grow up with hunting but it's always been intriguing to me. Unfortunately don't have anyone that I hang out with anymore that hunts.
I finally decided to go out tomorrow morning for a walk in the desert with a shotgun looking for rabbit. Went to the store to get a new license but the system shows I already have one and about every tag under the sun. Clearly a mix up but puts my impromptu trip on hold.
Anyway, wanted to introduce myself. Have to say the people here seem much more down to earth then some of the other forums I've read.
