Well I've been turkey hunting had to miss opening day as surface iron yellowtail were to the south......damn should've stayed and hunted but the yt were awfully fun. That being said I've been hunting for the turkeys and just seen a ton of hens and had one gigantic Tom that was very crafty and apparently knows a shotgun's range! Haha been out east and am switching to a different area this next week so hopefully ill have something to post that is worthy! Just wanted to let some others guys suffering in silence know that they aren't alone....to those that have scored Congratulations...to those that haven't good luck and keep trying!

You prob made the right choice Matt. Turkey opener is guaranteed to happen every year but when the MossBacks are drilling surface irons you don't pass it up. Good luck at the other spot.
