Hey everyone, first post so I am looking for opinion on the Trabuco area of Cleveland national forest. I used to hunt before I joined the military but never got up there much, mostly stuck with private land or got out to the desert. Now that I am returning home from military service the past 5 years I just want to know if anyone goes there for coyote or bobcat or small game? How is it? I know its mountainy and tough from what I remember.

Where is the Trabuco area at??? Is the on the west side of Temecula ?

Very difficult terrain up there. I know of a couple guys that have some good deer spots in that area. It's not open enough for small game hunting, but I haven't put the boots to the ground enough to speak as an expert on the area. Only drive throughs...

More lions than deer up there, and too thick to see small game.
