I need your livers!

Will you settle for a portion of pig liver, heart and/or kidney? It was a healthy animal, harvested with Neil and GSGS. The liver, heart and kidneys were all in good shape when I froze them, and I have been waiting to cook them up (after brining the kidneys and heart). Nobody at my place eats organ meat except me. I love liver but can't eat it all. I'll share them with momma if she is interested.

The pig liver is safe and delicious. We make an amazing paté with the pig livers!

What no one else has liver?

I know there's a few of you that harvested a big game animal and think the liver over time is going to taste better..........sorry but it won't............deer liver is very mild so if it's nasty my pups would love to have it before it's freezer burnt.
