Infraction ticket help

So last night my buddies and I went out for a night fishing trip and in the morning one of my buddies started a small palm size campfire to warm is hand and Fish & Wildlife showed up for a license check and noticed the small camp fire and cited him for it. Does anyone know how much this might cost him

Fish and Wildlife told us that they allow propane fires in the camp site and no other camp fires out side the campgrounds
