So after reading about trigs fajitas and his meat tendorizer deal, I was in for a meal test before I go buy a tendorizer.
Wife was at work late tonight......perfect
The stage was set for a good dinner test...not microwaved soup etc....
so I went to plaster city....(bargain market grocery outlet)....
After using the cupons clipped from the paper.....
And lots of onions and hot sauce and cheese........a few sessions of fork tenderizing.. the taste of a cottandilla was amazing..Thanks Trig! I'm buying a tenderizer. It will make cottondillas to remember!
