Laguna mountain?

I'm planning a business trip to Sacramento and was considering driving so I can add a day of hunting on the way back. On the map I saw Hernandez Reservoir surrounded by BLM land. There are listings online for a Laguna Mountain near there.

Is it worth taking a 40 Mile side trip?
