Last chance at a buck.
It was my brothers last chance at a buck this weekend, but he had his girls for the weekend. I was on Daddy duty too so we met at the base of the mountain before sunrise with the kids. They were so excited to go with us. They all went right to sleep and jumped out of bed at 4:30 AM. We didn’t see any deer with all the laughter and car doors slamming but we did manage to have a picnic and shoot some .22’s. Maybe next year !
Sunday I took my AO tag and went out to an old D11 spot where I have got lucky before but nothing showed up. Just under 2 weeks left of D16 for me, then it’s back to coyotes.
