Least they could have done was make it look like one, not a break dancer.
That can't be a California warning sign. The rocket scientists over here are equal opportunity offenders. Must have both female and male "Features". See below for prime example.
Don't group rocket scientists with the people leading this state or making those signs!
I doubt that cat could cross a road with those deformed rear legs. Best to put it out of its misery.
