Moroccan Fish Kebabs

Last fish recipe for awhile. I always make this with my loin tips and gaff scraps.

1 lb fish, in 1" cubes
1/3 c olive oil
1 t garlic powder
1 t dried cilantro
1 t ginger powder
2 t smoked paprika
1/8th of a preserved lemon, chopped finely (fresh lemon juice and rind can sub)
pinch of salt

Toss, marinate 1 hour or more, skewer, grill. Serve with brown rice and cold homebrew.
