Well it was epic with the wide open yellowtail and football size yellowfin tuna. We had a black chopper following us a lil day, I figured they were watching sdbirds.

Wanted a wahoo but no luck

Soaked in soy sauce, sweet wine, seasami oil and honey.
Seared on a super hot cast iron pan and served with a dipping sauce made the same way but with more honey.
