So we all know that the Pittman–Robertson Act generates revenues to fund habitat preservation/restoration efforts.
Had a discussion with someone and I mentioned this. They were skeptical that any preservation or restoration is taking place.
I'd like to find recent examples demonstrating that, in fact, the revenues ARE being used for stated purposes.
