On-X Hunt question

I just downloaded the 7 day trial on my Android.

Last year I went shooting dove to 3 different areas one more crowded than the other two.

I just started finding those spots with the On-X app and it shows that the 2 other areas where I hunted are privately owned. Corp/LLC/Indiv.

I was invited to these 2 spots by other folks and we were not the only ones. There were about 20 other hunters or so, and no one seem to look worried or trying to keep a low profile. As of matter of fact there was some law enforcement close by.

Whats the deal?

On x is an app. Every year we have a fence hopper or 2 that claim there on x app told them they were ok to trespass....its an expensive lesson for them....but dude if you got like 20 guys rolling...i would imagine the folks that own that piece..dont care..best to get something in writing...my 1.5 cents...

Is the drop of a 0.5 cent due to inflation?

Thats my take...I think is sort of a small local piece of land owned by a corporation who doesn't really care...by no means looks like a place an individual would want..there is nothing there..still I really wanted to know..now I know..lol.

The general rule about Imperial valley is that if is not posted you can hunt it but you must stay out of the leaf crops and anything that will be compromised by foot traffic. Most of the fields that get shot are some sort of previously harvested crop (wheat, melons etc.) a lot of the farmers don't post their land until a few days before dove season so have some alternates ready so that if when you arrive and it is posted you can go somewhere else. P.S. pick up your trash and anyone else's that you find, the valley used to wide open but more and more farmers are posting because of the bad manners and trash left behind.

Cleaning birds near an irrigation source will 100% get you a ticket it's illegal. Also the last part of my post was cut off - Pick up your's and anyone else's trash it's a big reason why the farmers are posting because they find their property polluted with other people's trash after opener.
