Onx issues

Anyone else having problems with “authentication issues”? Asks to log in again and when i try it just stays at log in screen.

Iphone with latest app update.

I had this problem when I updated my X. I emailed them, they said to delete and reinstall the app. I did and it fixed it. Lost all my data though (I’m sure I could have backed it up)

Thanks for reply curtis. I already deleted and reinstalled. Now i am stuck at log in. Already emailed onx but no word since last night. With easter weekend im not expecting any word until monday. Sucks cause im going north to hunt tomorrow so I wont have onx.
