Quick question for you OC hunters. A friend of mine just moved from out of state. He posed the question to me if it was legal to bowhunt O'neill park? I assume it's not but can't find any rules anywhere.

Absolutely not! Anywhere in SoCal that has Park in the name is out of bounds. Nice area though. He is close to D15 NF there or drive 45 minutes to the LA mountains.
