He took a job working for the County. He will still do some limited hunts on the weekends.
That may have been part of it. He's trying to provide for his family, and sometimes a steady, reliable paycheck with good benefits is what's needed. He hasn't given it up completely but he's a lot more limited in his hunts right now.
