I never have. But we love doing diced heart with onions and peppers. It’s always the first meal from our animals.

First meal for me is liver and onions with eggs for breakfast. If it's a turkey, add in the gizzard too.
Final finished my cow elk. Had some steaks last night that were extremely tender, she is a great one.

JAKE that looks like fun for a little while. I helped a friend do his doe and it was interseting to do, don't know if I would want to do it all the time.
