Rube Powell Archery Walking Range

Start at 25 yards then work up add 10 yards at a time. Keep working out farther. The 3 d shoots at balboa and as mentioned at lemon grove 3 d shoots are great.

Agreed,

make sure you guys attended Travis from @san Diego muleys on Instagram, his shoots are designed and set out for real life shots that take place while hunting in the field.

I’m not on any social media at all. When and where does he setup his shoots?

When I shoot there during the week. I fling 8 to 10 arrows per target all at different ranges as I walk up to the target. I walk fast and don't take a lot of time with each arrow, my heart rate is up and my shots are more about feel and not target panic.

It's also good to change the angles, shoot between trees, thread an arrow into a clear spot to hit the target.
Don't look at the yard marker's until after you guess or shoot.

Lots of fun parking can be a pita

What a few of my friends and i did was join Bear State Archers and have a family membership and get to use there 3D course with 28 targets setup all year long. Til the end of January. About a realistic as it gets targets from 25 yds to 78 yds. No crowds. Alot of space to shoot. Coyote at 45yds down hill.
