We are offically screwed. OJbama will now appoint someone like Holder and the left libs will get everything they want. And it a lifetime appointment so it will affect us for 40 years give or take.

It is, and that is why this is so important. Unless you're a straight archery hunter this will affect you, and, maybe even if you are an archery hunter depending on how far the left lib antis take things. Most 2A decisions from the SCOTUS have been 5 / 4 in favor of our side. With Scalia gone and an appointee by OJbama, which should be presumed to be a left lib anti gun wacko, the balance will shift to 4 / 5 and we will loose most of these 2A cases. And, not only that, but because these are lifetime appointments this pick by OJbama will devil us for 30 or 40 years to come. Our only hope will be to get a conservative in the white house and counteract this by appointing conservative justices when (IF - big if) the opportunity presents its self, which will require a liberal justice to die or resign. So, if you want to throw rocks at the game you choose to pursue then it doesn't really matter I guess. But if you'd rather continue to utilize firearms then it should matter a lot.
