Solo Run

I did a solo run to Castaic Tuesday , I believe I got 8 Bass , not too many boats . I tried to work the 20 foot range . Lots of Quail around the lake , I heard them in almost every cove . I did catch 2 ten inch Stripers as well .

Very cool getting those smallies out of Castaic....What was your lure of choice?

Drop shot was best not sure if it was color or persistence . Worms had a hint of green with red flake and chrome flakes , then a worm with a hint of green with red flakes , I cut them to about 4 inches . But two Bass fell to a cast master in chrome . Oh then Pro cure Shad sent on all baits
