I was impressed that this cartridge can knockdown upto a moose or elk. trying to find reviews is difficult. but I was very impressed with it's stats. I would not mind owning a bolt with the 260
I will see if I can find more. all though the 243 win is my favorite for this area. I would like to have the 260 rem in my collection.

6.5 's work very well for all but dangerous north american game, the b.c. and s.d. when you go to the heavier bullets is hard to beat.

6.5 is the real deal and the .260 Rem is a tough one to beat. Crazy accurate, no recoil, flat shooting and built on a short action. What more could you ask for in a hunting cartridge?
