I love to eat duck. I have had some terrible duck and some great duck. After many years of trying different ways to cook duck I have come to the conclusion that marinades and soaking in milk or water or whatever is a not so much as important as the fact that you can NOT over cook this bird! Medium Rare at most! That being said, Spoonies have a bad reputation and I am guilty of also believing this. I have been saving my Spoonies for a special occasion. I made some Spoony Snack Sticks this weekend and they are awesome! So glad I kept them and I will take any Spoonies off your hands if anyone wants to get tmrid of them...
