This whole controversy pisses me off...big time! I'm a native La Jollan for one thing. The Children's Pool was given to the children of San Diego by Ellen Browning Scripps so they would have a safe place to swim. It was GIVEN to the CHILDREN, not the f*#@&n' seals! I guess that the original intent of the giver doesn't matter any more. The bunny-huggers, or in this case seal-huggers, don't care. They want it their way, no matter the original intent. I say we need to import more Great White sharks to the area. Great White's have rights too!
