A big win for CCW holders. The court sided with the plaintiff in the Wolford v Lopez, who contested Hawaii"s state law requiring a property owners expect permission to allow gun owners to bring firearms into public businesses. It's about time the court stopped blue states from treating gun owner as second class citizens. A 6-3 decision. Any guesses who the 3 dissenting judges were??????

Folks, when are we going to stop voting for ANY democrat, in ANY state, in ANY election?.................................:angery:

  • The Majority (6 votes): The conservative majority sided with concealed-carry permit holders, ruling that Hawaii's law violated the Second Amendment. Justice Samuel Alito wrote the majority opinion. [1, 2, 3]

  • The Dissent (3 votes): Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson dissented, with Justice Jackson writing the dissenting opinion. [1, 2]
