Swarovski El tripod adapter?

What do you all you D16ers use..generic or factory adaptor...whats all out there..snapped my generic..is factory worth it? Prolly since I snapped my old one..but what's the crew at sch running this days? For 10,s and 15,s..

For my SLC 15’s I use the outdoorsmans stud and adapter. Unbreakable. Not 100% sure but I believe that can put it on the EL also.

I have an extra SLC outdoorsman stud i’ll give you. Been sitting in my truck door for a year incase I buy the 15x again.

but you will still need to buy the adapter.

Thanks fellas..did some research..In order for the outdoorsman to work on my EL.s. I would have to send back to outdoorsman for an install for special stud...I don't have the time this year..prolly gonna role with the cheap strap on for now...ahh..the strap on...

You won’t regret it. It’s not the lightest gear but it’s light enough, especially for truck work. And it lasts. Fantastic equipment made in the USA.

I used to have their tripod. It’s over priced and heavy. Sold it and went to a Slik. Much better option

I used to use the stock Swarovski adapter... poor design. The Outdoorsman is the only way to go. Ed F
