This was just passed so not in effect yet. I don't know when it's supposed to kick in.

That’s cool so I suppose I will get a free stamp each and every year since I am a lifetime license and big game holder! Since I already get five tags a year for pigs included in the package. So it doesn’t change much for me but I would have gone for it since it helps others because I remember when you use to get a booklet of five stamps for five bucks for pigs then they realized that they could make more money off of them .
