New guy, the wife’s sister lives in Liberty Mo. Love the area but don’t dig the summers! I have lots of family in Mo. Ark, and Ok, houses are cheap, love the fishing and hunting opportunities but again can’t do the humidity!
lol ! We are looking for house right now in the Mountains of AZ, Prescott, Chino Valley, Payson areas. Princess lives in Glendale but not into the summer heat in the valley. Lots of deer, antelope, elk, javelinas, and turkeys to hunt. Some good fishing areas not too far away. Geese is going to require some travel time, but about the same as traveling to Wister. Done with Cali; as soon as I find something “ he gone !”
Wanted to live in Idaho near the Snake River, but the Warden decided she wanted to be near one of our kids. The boy lives in Ruston WA, I could do there, but too rainy misty for her. Hoping to get the boy to move near us after he hits the 20 year mark of military service which is about 2-1/2 years out.
Happy wife, happy life right !
Just a side note, we were in the Prescott area a few weeks back looking at houses. One of the houses we looked at was in a real cool area. I left thinking there has to be a bunch of deer here. No sooner did I think it one of the biggest Mule Deer does ran across the road in front of us .
lol !!!
