I read through the regs on trapping on DFW. Anyone know of any issues with trapping non-game on large private property (w/ land owners permission) not for pelts, for safety.
That doesn't sound like any problem at all. What are you targeting? Read Section 475 (d)...Traps may be used to take nongame birds and nongame mammals only in accordance with the provisions of Section 465.5 of these regulations and sections 3003.1 and 4004 of the Fish and Game Code.
