Tried to BBQ the Dove

Well, I finally got to cooking the dove from the IV. Put them on the barbecue and let them cook slow. 5 minutes later went to check on them and the barbecue ran out of propane. So had to put them in the oven at 350 degrees. Still turned out good and tasted amazing with some pasta noodles with herbs and butter.

I put just a little of adobo and ground black pepper on them. Very tasty.

It was an adobo mix we bought from the store. It is very salty. So I put pepper on the dove to try to even the salt and pepper.

Once you fillet them you won't ever eat it any other way
