I have the same board I mounted my turkey fan on.
I sure doesn't look anything like that
That board was a PITA for me to fit it on.

Turned out good. I have a bunch in the freezer I gotta get to someday. Where did you get the plaque? I order mine at Walnut Creek Hardwoods.
