UTAH LEFTOVER TAGS AVAILABLE JULY 17th

My stepdad called Utah F&G this morning to ask about leftover tags.
They told him the leftovers will be available July 17 and looked like there will be allot of leftovers this year.

I wonder if they will have any for the south west desert.
