Valentines' Dinner for the Wifey

Trying to be the man my dog thinks I am.
Mar 8, 2011
San Diego, Ca.
We decided to have a quiet evening at home instead of fighting the crowds at the restaurants etc. Worked out great! We had a tasty dinner that went something like this:

Prime Aged BBQ'd New York Strip

Garlic-Butter Drenched Lobster Tails

Kosher Salted Steamed Asparagus

Grilled Anaheim Peppers

Crispy Baked Potato's with Butter, Sour Cream, Aged Cheddar and Fresh Chives

We washed it all down with some Fantastic 2006 Cabernet
