Venison Sloppy Joes

Made this recipe for the last 2 work parties. Used elk and antelope. Served it on the little Hawaiian sweet rolls, with some shredded cheese and diced jalepenos. Sort of some little sloppy joe sliders. They were the first item gone at each party. ;D
