Wild game processing / butcher shop for bear

Hello all! So I’m going on a black bear hunt and this is my first big game animal. Want to be prepared if a bear is harvested. Does anyone know of any butchers/meat processors that can make sausage and such? Local to Orange County preferably. The meat will be brought down from NorCal in a yeti. Suggestions ? Open to all please

Try Brees' Quality Meats in Garden grove. They did a great job on a deer of mine. Make sure to get some of your ground made into Chorizo, you wont regret it. They are right off the 22 and Valley View

If you have no problem driving to San Pedro try South Shore meat. I also have used Brees, I prefer south Shore.
