Ebay sells a ton of take off barrels. Guy's buy guns and then put bull's on etc then sell the takeoff on Ebay. Check it out, you should find what you want.

Thanks for the replies guys. I've been on the Ebay search for two weeks, lots of stocks, one 30 06 barrel (long action). I'll try buds to see if they have a barrel only (I hate to pay for an action when I already like the one I have)
