The Monstermuleys website has a forum for Wyoming and one for antelope, you might get some info there.

Lots of private. There are patches of walk-in or blm. Tons of goats but usually on pivots until pushed off.

Search the HuntTalk forum too, lots of lope hunters there too... Also if you haven't checked it out yet the wyoming dfg hunt planner site has a lot of great info including walk in areas, access roads, etc.
