Hunting is not a vacation. it's like work but fun. You need to make women understand this so they can take care of you when you return tired and sore or just hung over.
Gear you buy or get is stuff you have to get. It should have no bearing on what she gets. A example would be if you get a new shotgun for 1500$ she would get nothing. Or if you get a sweet deal on new waders she then needs to get you something since you saved on something you had to have.
And never take your girl hunting.

The only Hellfire you'll be dealing with will be her attitude after you've told her to shut up for the umpteenth time due to her talking during your stands. As stated above don't do it.
